Switching platforms

Bring your list. We'll help with the rest.

Most of a move is one export and one import. Your contacts can be here in minutes, and the people who unsubscribed stay unsubscribed. The honest part, up front: automations cannot be imported by any platform — not by us, not by anyone — they get rebuilt. Here is exactly how a move works.

What moves, and how

Moves with a file

Your contacts, with names and custom fields, exported from your current platform as a spreadsheet and imported here with column mapping. Your tags and groups come across as columns in the file. If your store runs on WooCommerce, our plugin syncs your products and customers directly.

Your unsubscribe list carries over

This is the step people forget, and the one that matters most. Export the unsubscribed and bounced addresses from your old platform and add them under Settings → Suppressions here. Anyone who opted out there will never be emailed from here.

Gets rebuilt: automations

Welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back — every platform keeps its workflows locked in its own format, so they are recreated, not imported. Every standard flow exists in our builder, and most people rebuild their welcome and cart flows first and the rest as they go.

Gets rebuilt: forms and pages

Signup forms and landing pages are recreated here too, then you swap the embed code on your site — or connect the WordPress plugin and let it handle your store's forms and checkout events.

The move, step by step

1. Export your contacts

Every platform keeps an export in its audience or subscribers section — MailerLite under Subscribers, Mailchimp under Audience, Omnisend and Klaviyo under their audience and segment tools. Download the full list as a CSV file.

2. Export your unsubscribes too

While you are there, export the unsubscribed and bounced addresses as their own file. You will add them in step 4.

3. Import your contacts here

Create your free account, go to Contacts → Import, upload the file, and map the columns. You will confirm the contacts gave you permission — we ask on every import, and purchased or scraped lists are never allowed.

4. Add the unsubscribe list

Go to Settings → Suppressions and paste the addresses from step 2. Anyone on that list is blocked from receiving your email here, permanently.

5. Connect your sending domain

Add your domain under Settings → Sending domains and publish the one verification record we give you. Your email then goes out as your own domain, with your own reputation.

6. Rebuild your key automations and forms

Start with the welcome email and abandoned cart — for most businesses those two do the heavy lifting — then recreate the rest of your flows and swap your signup forms over.

7. Send, and warm up

New accounts start at 1,000 sends a day, growing by half again every day for the first two weeks. That warm-up protects your deliverability while inbox providers get to know your new home. Big list? Spread the first sends across the warm-up instead of blasting everyone on day one.
