Questions we hear a lot
Will US$35/month go up later?
It is US$35/month today. If our sending costs ever force a change, we will tell you before your renewal. Never mid-cycle, never as a surprise.
Who is RogalMail for?
Any business or individual with an email list — online stores, local shops, services, creators, anyone who sends email to people who asked to hear from them.
Can I import any email list?
Only contacts who gave valid, provable permission. Purchased and scraped lists are not allowed.
Can I move from another platform?
Yes. Import opted-in contacts and import your unsubscribe list through the suppression tools before sending. Our assisted migration service helps you review and rebuild supported automations. See how a move works.
What happens if I need more sends?
Pro accounts can add 10,000-send blocks for US$3 each a month (Starter: US$5 each). Blocks renew monthly until you cancel their renewal — cancelled blocks stay usable until the period ends.
Do you charge for the size of my list?
On Starter and Pro, contacts are unlimited and the price is the price. On Free your plan sets a contact limit — but the price inside your plan never climbs because your list grew.

Month to month. No long-term contracts.
Choose monthly billing and cancel anytime from Settings → Billing in your account. No calls. No runaround. We'd rather earn your business every month than make you fight to leave.
Cancellation stops renewal at the end of your paid period. It does not delete your account or customer data. Optional annual plans are billed for a year; cancelling stops their next renewal. Send blocks have separate renewal controls. See subscription terms for details.
