Get full Pro features at a special ongoing rate in exchange for helping us improve RogalMail through real-world use and feedback. We accept a limited number of businesses at a time so we can provide personal support. Applications are reviewed before access is granted. No payment is taken until you are accepted and activate your subscription. The rate is special pricing designed to help cover sending and operating costs — and you keep that pricing structure for as long as your subscription stays active.

Admissions are limited so support stays personal. If places are full when you apply, we will waitlist your application and invite you as soon as one opens — you are never charged while you wait.
The Early Access price
includes 10,000 email sends every month
- ✓ US$2 per additional 10,000 sends, rounded up by block — that is the whole formula
- ✓ Unlimited contacts. Contacts you store but never email never increase your bill
- ✓ Every platform feature included — everything available now, and future platform feature releases as they ship, including the ChatGPT and Claude connectors
- ✓ Included sends reset each billing period; unused sends do not roll over
- ✓ Separately priced third-party services, such as SMS, are not included and are always identified as separate before you use them

How it is calculated: US$2.50, plus US$2 for each 10,000 sends (or part of one) beyond the included 10,000. You set an authorized monthly limit when you subscribe — sending stops at that limit rather than ever buying overages you did not approve.
Extra blocks renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel a block’s renewal and it stays available through the end of the paid period, then expires uncharged — no prorating, and unused sends never roll over.
RogalMail never charges based on stored contact count. Your bill follows what you send, not how many contacts sit in your account. That is true on every RogalMail plan — Early Access simply makes it US$2.50.

Your feedback is acknowledged when it arrives and tracked on our board. It is part of the value exchange — it guides what we build next, though it is not a promise that every request will be implemented.
Honest about where it is
This is early-access software. It has rough edges: some workflows are still being polished, and not every feature a larger platform offers exists yet. We do not claim complete parity or flawless operation. What we do claim is fair pricing, real sending infrastructure, and a team that reads every report and ships fixes in the open.
Early Access participants are early-access customers — not owners or business partners.
The lifetime part, in writing
Keep your subscription active and you keep this pricing structure — US$2.50 including 10,000 sends a month, US$2 per additional 10,000-send block, unlimited contacts, all platform features. That is our thank-you for helping develop RogalMail.
Rates may increase only to reflect increased underlying service costs, and only with advance notice before the change reaches your bill. Nothing else moves the price.
If a payment fails, your account stays fully active for a 7-day grace period while the payment is retried and we email you. If it is not resolved in that window, sending pauses — and your lifetime pricing is held for 30 days for you to resume. Cancel any time; cancelling ends the subscription and the lifetime pricing with it.
